rainbow beeeeaaaaaam

I recently finished up watching gurren lagan (I had to watch something when I was folding some 300 mini comics....) and I can't say that I can really side with either the totally-crazy-for-it or the totally-crazy-never-to-see-it-again camps. It had it's pros and cons.
However, I did make a startling observation: as each of the characters become more powerful/full of manly determination their costumes become, in equal proportion, really.. well, gay. Maybe not full on Liberachi, but they definitely have this flashy, sexy show tune quality about them. Needless to say, this was one of my favorite things about the series.

Viral was my favorite character of the series and I am quite confident that he could cut a rainbow in half if he ever wanted to.
